Turning a formulation into a kernel
An extrusion-based process starts with rice flour and a specified micronutrient premix. Ingredients are dosed, blended and conditioned before being formed into rice-shaped kernels. Drying and cooling prepare the product for evaluation and packing.
The steps are connected
A formulation cannot be assessed independently of the process. The selected ingredients, mixing, extrusion and drying conditions all belong in the technical discussion. Production settings need to be developed for the actual equipment and recipe.
From production to supply
Buyers should review the physical product alongside the specification and test documentation. The finished FRK then needs correct handling and controlled blending into ordinary rice.
